IBM Maximo Functional Consultant

About the role

The role is for an experienced IBM Maximo Functional Consultant who will lead asset‑management transformation initiatives for asset‑intensive organisations in Abu Dhabi. You will work closely with business stakeholders, operations teams and senior leadership to design and implement AI‑enabled, scalable EAM solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops, gather requirements and design end‑to‑end Maximo functional solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Drive functional implementation, optimization and adoption of Maximo Manage and MAS capabilities, including upgrades from 7.6.x to MAS.
• Define and implement Asset Performance Management strategies, conduct criticality analysis, FMEA and reliability‑centered maintenance.
• Develop functional use cases for MAS AI services such as Maximo Health, Monitor, Predict and Visual Inspection, and collaborate with data and IoT teams.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in Enterprise Asset Management consulting, with at least 8 years of IBM Maximo functional consulting.
• Proven delivery experience in transportation or infrastructure sectors (ports, rail, metro, airports, fleet, logistics, roads) and familiarity with UAE/GCC organisations.
• Strong communication skills to lead workshops, produce BRDs, FDDs and support post‑go‑live activities.
