ICT Teacher (August Start)

About the role

GEMS Metropole School Al Waha in Dubai is seeking an ICT Teacher to start in August 2026. The successful candidate will join a vibrant international community, delivering ICT education to GCSE and A‑Level students while contributing to a forward‑thinking, 21st‑century curriculum.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess ICT lessons for GCSE and A‑Level programmes.
• Integrate technology into cross‑curricular projects and support students’ digital literacy.
• Participate in extracurricular activities and community‑based events.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents and school leadership to enhance learning outcomes.

Required profile

• BEd or Bachelor’s degree with PGCE/PGDE or equivalent.
• Qualified experience teaching ICT at GCSE and A‑Level.
• Proven record of exemplary teaching practices and outstanding student outcomes.
• Creative, enthusiastic approach both inside and outside the classroom.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to engage in school community.
