About the role

The In Room Dining Supervisor leads the in‑room dining team at Rixos Premium Dubai JBR, ensuring guests receive professional, friendly, and timely service. Reporting to the In Room Dining Manager, you will uphold the hotel’s high standards of hospitality and contribute to a memorable guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, courteous service and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by adhering to established service standards for in‑room dining.
• Assist colleagues as needed to guarantee optimal service delivery.
• Coordinate special events and amenities, presenting them according to guest and hotel specifications.
• Manage stock controls, pars, and orders for food and beverage supplies.
• Enforce security procedures, including key management and lockdown protocols.
• Assign side work, record attendance, and inspect staff uniforms and identification.
• Maintain a safe working environment and supervise all in‑room dining staff.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel, restaurant, or in‑room dining environment.
• Ability to stay calm, professional, and courteous while focusing on guest needs.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capacity to work under pressure in a fast‑paced setting.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and upholding LQA standards.
