Inclusion Teacher – August Start

About the role

We are seeking Inclusion Teachers to join GEMS Founders School in Masdar City, Abu Dhabi, starting in August 2026. The role offers the chance to work in a British Schools Overseas accredited international school, delivering primary education and supporting students with special educational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high‑quality primary lessons, incorporating inclusive teaching practices.
• Share exemplary teaching methods with colleagues and contribute to the school’s CPD programmes.
• Participate actively in extracurricular activities and community‑based events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a BEd with an associated PGCE in Special Education.
• Proven experience teaching primary‑level students.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with colleagues, students and parents.
• Creative and enthusiastic approach both inside and outside the classroom.
• Commitment to the school’s vision of growth, achievement and flourishing.
