Independent Consultant / Fractional Executive Opportunity

About the role

CGI Wealth is building a global network of experienced consultants, fractional executives and specialist advisory partners. The role allows senior professionals to develop their own consultancy activities within an established business framework, leveraging CGI’s brand, technology and operational support.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and manage client relationships and commercial opportunities.
• Advise clients on strategic, financial, commercial, operational or technical matters.
• Lead consultancy projects, corporate transactions, M&A assignments and due‑diligence engagements.
• Prepare proposals, project plans, commercial recommendations and client deliverables.
• Coordinate with other CGI specialists to deliver multidisciplinary solutions.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience within a specialist discipline (e.g., finance, strategy, operations, M&A, risk, technology, etc.).
• Strong analytical, consulting and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Experience managing clients, delivering projects or leading commercial engagements.
• Ability to identify opportunities and develop professional relationships while maintaining confidentiality.
