Indirect Business Leader – Levant, Central Asia, Cyprus & Iran

About the role

The Indirect Business Leader for Levant, Central Asia, Cyprus and Iran will drive sustainable double‑digit growth across a complex indirect portfolio. Reporting to regional leadership, you will translate strategy into market‑specific execution, manage distributors and ensure therapy‑focused coverage.

Key responsibilities

• Own revenue, margin and growth targets for the region and align headcount and investment decisions with portfolio priorities.
• Develop and implement country‑ and distributor‑level plans, monitoring risk in volatile markets such as Iran.
• Build a disciplined distributor operating model, lead selection, performance management, governance and joint business planning.
• Lead a therapy‑focused organization, manage talent deployment, succession planning and performance management.
• Implement the target operating model with clear decision rights, standardized tools and cross‑functional alignment.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading indirect sales channels in multi‑country environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering revenue growth.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders, KOLs and distributor partners.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Enact platform for capability tracking and readiness.
