Industrialization & Manufacturing Senior Engineer

About the role

The Industrialization & Manufacturing Senior Engineer supports coordination, monitoring and control of production plans to ensure delivery, risk management, quality and cost performance for turbofan modules at POWERTECH, a centre of excellence for propulsion technologies within EDGE Group.

Key responsibilities

• Support the industrialization plan and KPIs (OTD, FTR, cost assessment).
• Participate in the Master Production Schedule, capacity planning and priority arbitration.
• Manage risk, identify critical paths and define what‑if scenarios.
• Conduct manufacturing readiness reviews and ensure alignment between engineering definition and manufacturing capabilities.
• Support supplier qualification, industrial audits and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in turbofan propulsion, aerospace or complex engineered systems.
• Solid understanding of turbofan architectures, performance drivers and technology interfaces.
• Experience with manufacturing, production, MPIs, validation and qualification.
• Knowledge of AS9100 standards and industrial quality systems.
• Lean/Agile methodology expertise (Green‑Belt or Black‑Belt).
