Industry Client Solutions Manager – Global Business Solutions

About the role

The Industry Client Solutions Manager will work within TikTok’s Global Business Solutions team across the METAP region, helping brands develop and execute industry‑specific marketing strategies. The role combines consultative sales, product adoption and data‑driven insights to align client marketing objectives with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Consult clients and internal stakeholders on product adoption, strategy and optimisation to link marketing objectives with business outcomes.
• Drive adoption of Pixels, MMPs and APIs, and build Test‑and‑Learn plans using measurement solutions such as BLS, CLS and Ad Effectiveness.
• Develop narratives, workshops and business reviews to educate and up‑skill clients on full‑funnel strategies, including TikTok Shop integration.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to push product adoption, track revenue impact and share market learnings across the organisation.
• Gather, analyse and present campaign data, providing actionable insights and post‑campaign audits.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in account management or client services within CPG or app sectors.
• Fluent written and spoken English for frequent communication with global stakeholders.
• Proven experience managing performance advertisers and understanding their challenges.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and derive actionable campaign insights.
• Knowledge of measurement tools such as MMPs, pixel implementation and basic troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated ownership of complex cross‑functional projects and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
