Industry GTM Lead – Engineering

About the role

The Industry GTM Lead – Engineering will act as the trusted advisor and technology ambassador for IFS’s portfolio of Industrial AI solutions. Reporting to the commercial leadership, you will partner with sales, pre‑sales, R&D and services to shape and close AI‑driven opportunities that deliver measurable business value for customers across the engineering sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and develop AI‑focused opportunities from initial conversation through to contract signing.
• Collaborate with account teams to craft solution proposals that align IFS’s AI capabilities with customer business challenges.
• Engage C‑suite executives, enterprise architects and operational leaders to position IFS as the preferred AI technology partner.
• Provide thought leadership and market insights to influence product roadmap and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Drive revenue growth by tracking pipeline, forecasting and ensuring successful hand‑over to delivery teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in go‑to‑market, solution selling or business development within industrial or engineering domains.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in manufacturing, asset management or related fields.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, capable of influencing senior decision‑makers.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and delivering customer‑centric outcomes.
