Influencer Marketing Manager

About the role

The Influencer Marketing Manager will lead Etihad Airways’ influencer programme, building strategic partnerships with social media creators and celebrities to amplify the airline’s brand presence across the Middle East and globally.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy that supports Etihad’s brand objectives and “Journey 2030” vision.
• Identify, evaluate and onboard influencers whose audience and values align with the airline’s target market.
• Plan, coordinate and execute influencer campaigns, overseeing content creation, scheduling and delivery.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with influencers, agencies and industry partners to maximise ROI.
• Collaborate with internal marketing teams to ensure all influencer‑generated content complies with brand guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Maintain influencer calendars that align with business priorities and campaign timelines.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in a global social or digital agency or in‑house role for a major brand.
• Proven track record in influencer strategy, planning and execution.
• Strong project‑management skills and experience working with external agencies.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Background in aviation, travel, tourism or lifestyle sectors is preferred.
