Influencer Marketing Officer – UAE National

About the role

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Officer to support Etihad Airways’ global influencer programme. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will manage creator partnerships, coordinate campaign logistics and deliver performance insights that drive brand, destination and commercial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, brief and execute influencer marketing campaigns from start‑to‑finish, including post‑campaign reporting.
• Research, identify and evaluate influencers that align with brand positioning, route priorities and campaign objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, talent managers, agencies and external partners.
• Negotiate deliverables, content rights, timelines and partnership agreements.
• Arrange travel logistics – flights, hotels, transfers, experiences and itineraries – for influencer trips.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for influencers throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Monitor content delivery for brand compliance and contractual requirements.
• Track campaign performance, prepare KPI reports and conduct social listening and competitor analysis.
• Maintain campaign trackers, purchase orders and invoice processing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• UAE national.
• At least 4 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media or creator partnership roles.
• Proven track record of managing influencer campaigns from concept through reporting.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging social platforms.
• Experience coordinating travel logistics and working with external stakeholders.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship‑management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Previous experience in aviation, tourism, hospitality or travel is an advantage.
