Information Management Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Information Management Manager to lead the governance, control and distribution of project information across our property development portfolio in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures that all documentation, drawings and data are accurate, secure and readily accessible throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain information management strategies, policies, procedures and standards for all projects.
• Establish and manage Common Data Environments (CDE) and document control systems to support effective project delivery.
• Ensure proper classification, storage, distribution and archiving of project documentation, drawings, models and correspondence.
• Define and enforce naming conventions, workflow processes and approval procedures.
• Coordinate with project, technical, design, commercial and procurement teams to guarantee timely exchange of accurate information.
• Oversee version control, revision management and traceability of all project records.
• Monitor performance, identify gaps and drive continuous improvement of information management processes.
• Manage user access, permissions and information security requirements.
• Support BIM and digital delivery initiatives by integrating project data effectively.
• Conduct regular audits, quality checks and report KPIs to senior management.
• Lead and develop the Information Management and Document Control team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Engineering, Construction Management, IT or a related field.
• Professional certification in Information Management, BIM, Document Control or Project Management is an advantage.
• Significant experience in information and document management within construction or property development projects.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex information workflows.
