Information Technology Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on, results‑driven IT Administrator to oversee day‑to‑day IT operations at our Dubai office. You will ensure the smooth operation of servers, networks, Microsoft 365 services and endpoint security while supporting project coordination and vendor management.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Windows Server, virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper‑V) and SQL databases.
• Design, document and maintain network infrastructure including switches, VLANs, structured cabling and site topology.
• Support server infrastructure linked to CCTV and access‑control systems.
• Plan and execute technology refresh and infrastructure improvement initiatives.
• Manage Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID) and user identities.
• Oversee Intune for device enrollment, compliance policies and lifecycle management.
• Provide Level 2/3 support for Windows and macOS devices.
• Handle cybersecurity tasks such as phishing incident response, endpoint encryption and ISO 27001 compliance.
• Coordinate IT projects, maintain documentation and prepare status reports for management.
• Liaise with vendors and service providers to resolve issues efficiently.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Administrator or similar role.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Windows Server, SQL, VPNs, VMware and/or Hyper‑V.
• CompTIA Security+, Network+ or equivalent certification.
• Strong communication, planning and independent working abilities.
