Information Technology Security Analyst

About the role

Vrinda Global is seeking an experienced IT Security Analyst to strengthen its cybersecurity posture across the organisation. The role focuses on security monitoring, access management, Microsoft 365 protection, network security, risk assessment and the implementation of security controls.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the organisation's cybersecurity and information security framework.
• Establish and maintain security controls for network, systems, users and data access, including firewalls, VPNs, routers and mobile device management.
• Manage and review security configurations in Active Directory, antivirus platforms and endpoint security solutions.
• Conduct regular risk and threat assessments, identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation.
• Develop and maintain policies for network access, password management and secure data usage.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in IT security or cybersecurity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Relevant cybersecurity certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM) is an advantage.
