About the role
The Guest Service Expert for In‑Room Dining creates a memorable dining experience for hotel guests by delivering food and beverage service directly to their rooms. You will work closely with the kitchen, set up the dining area, and ensure every interaction reflects the brand’s high standards of hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and set tables, communicate orders to the kitchen, serve guests in their rooms, and maintain clean work areas and supplies throughout the shift.
- Manage the menu by reading and visually verifying items, handle physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, and placing objects up to 25 lb (or 50 lb with assistance), and navigate varied surfaces safely.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience; no supervisory experience required.
Required skills
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift and carry items as described.
- Basic reading and visual verification of menu information to ensure accurate service.
