About the role

Join the Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah team as an In‑Room Dining Waiter/Waitress and deliver memorable food‑and‑beverage experiences directly to guests’ rooms. You will be the face of hospitality, ensuring every order is served with precision, warmth, and a smile.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the captain or head waiter throughout service, staying readily available.
• Promote in‑house sales by maintaining thorough knowledge of all hotel F&B outlets, opening hours, and current promotions.
• Prepare and maintain service stations: clean trolleys, polish cutlery, stock sugar dispensers, mustard pots, toothpicks, oil & vinegar, and linen supplies.
• Follow daily cleaning and closure plans, ensuring the restaurant area meets health‑and‑safety standards.
• Provide high‑quality food and beverage service, adhering to Hilton policies and presentation standards.
• Assist colleagues during peak periods and support additional tasks as directed by the supervisor.
• Manage waste responsibly by reducing, recycling, and encouraging efficient resource use.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hotel or restaurant food‑and‑beverage service.
• Strong knowledge of service standards, hygiene, and safety procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
