Inside Product Specialist – Services Sales Representative

About the role

Dell Technologies is looking for a Services Sales Representative to join its Inside Product team in Dubai. You will become the product expert for a defined portfolio, providing technical advice and support to Inside Sales colleagues and customers throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and master the product and services portfolio, including features, configurations, pricing and availability.
• Assist Inside Sales representatives with quoting, configuration checks and availability confirmations.
• Prepare accurate pricing and product information for customers and sales teams.
• Deliver technical solutions via phone, chat, web or email to meet customer needs.
• Support customers throughout the sales process, ensuring a smooth and informed buying experience.

• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and internal teams.
• Willingness to develop foundational skills in communication, systems and customer service.
