Inside Sales Coordinator

About the role

The Inside Sales Coordinator provides internal and external sales support for the EMEIA Sales Division, helping product and sales management drive business growth and maintaining lead‑tracking and marketing databases.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Area Sales Managers and distributors with enquiries, pricing requests, order management and customer communications.
• Support sales growth initiatives as a core member of the internal sales team.
• Coordinate sales events, meetings, training sessions, factory visits and trade shows.
• Assist sales, marketing, PR and business development activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, customers and internal stakeholders.
• Provide onsite and remote support to customers and sales teams.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive business growth.
• Maintain customer, distributor, prospect and competitor databases.

Required profile

• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Access, Excel, Word).
• Experience using SAP or another ERP system.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high‑pressure environment.
• Exceptional customer service orientation.
• Willingness to travel across Europe as required.
