Inside Sales

About the role

The Inside Sales Representative will generate leads for our cybersecurity portfolio, including next‑generation firewalls, endpoint protection, backup solutions, servers and storage. The role focuses on outbound phone and email outreach to build buying relationships and support the Business Development team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct cold‑calling campaigns to identify and qualify prospects.
• Create and maintain lead databases using CRM and datamining tools.
• Schedule appointments, prepare commercial proposals and hand over qualified opportunities to the sales team.
• Follow up on client commitments and nurture new account relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3‑4 years of proven lead‑generation experience in cybersecurity solutions.
• Motivated by cold calling and skilled at probing questions.
• Fluent in English and able to communicate in Malayalam and Hindi.

Required skills

• Knowledge of NGFW, endpoint security, backup solutions, servers and storage technologies.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and datamining tools.
