Inside Sales Manager

About the role

As an Inside Sales Manager at think‑cell Software, you will drive product‑led growth by turning high‑intent user interactions into revenue. You will work with customers in the GCC region and across EMEA, guiding them from trial to adoption while shaping a modern sales motion. This role is ideal for early‑career professionals eager to own full‑cycle opportunities in a SaaS environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and close a blended pipeline of product‑led outbound and inbound opportunities, including trial and demo requests.
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities by analyzing adoption trends, license growth, and customer engagement.
• Prioritize and manage a portfolio of high‑potential unmanaged accounts with commercial focus.
• Manage full sales cycles from qualification through negotiation and closing, delivering product demos and user enablement.
• Engage high‑intent accounts through consultative discovery, trainings, and multi‑threading across stakeholders.
• Execute post‑trial follow‑up strategies to increase conversion, drive adoption, and grow the pipeline.

Required profile

• 1‑2+ years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in SDR/BDR, Commercial Account Executive, product‑led or inbound sales roles.
• Proven ability to manage full sales cycles and close deals.
• Strong consultative selling and discovery skills.
• Focus on the GCC region with occasional cross‑geography collaboration.
• Commercial mindset with operational discipline.
