Inside Sales Representative – Cybersecurity Solutions

About the role

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to generate qualified leads for our cybersecurity portfolio across Mumbai and Dubai. The role focuses on outbound prospecting via phone and email to support the Business Development team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct cold‑calls and email outreach to identify and qualify potential customers.
• Use CRM and data‑mining tools to build and maintain prospect databases.
• Assess client needs and match them with our security, networking and infrastructure solutions (NGFW, endpoint protection, backup, servers, storage).
• Schedule appointments, prepare commercial proposals and hand over qualified opportunities to the sales team.
• Track all activities and follow‑up commitments to ensure a robust pipeline.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends in security, networking and infrastructure.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3‑4 years of proven lead‑generation experience in cybersecurity solutions.
• Strong motivation for cold‑calling and probing questions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; knowledge of Malayalam and Hindi is a plus.

• Knowledge of Next‑Generation Firewalls (NGFW).
• Endpoint security solutions.
• Backup and data‑recovery technologies.
• Server and storage hardware.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and data‑mining tools.
