Inside Sales Representative – Cybersecurity Solutions

About the role

We are seeking motivated Inside Sales Representatives to generate qualified leads for our cybersecurity portfolio, including next‑generation firewalls, endpoint protection, backup solutions, servers and storage. The role involves proactive outreach via phone and email to build relationships and support our Business Development team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct cold‑calling campaigns to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
• Use CRM and data‑mining tools to build and maintain prospect databases.
• Generate leads, schedule appointments and prepare commercial proposals for the sales team.
• Identify client needs, propose appropriate cybersecurity solutions and follow up on commitments.
• Stay updated on industry trends in security, networking, infrastructure and availability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3‑4 years of proven lead‑generation experience for cybersecurity solutions (NGFW, endpoint security, backup, servers, storage).
• Strong motivation for cold calling and probing questions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; knowledge of Malayalam and Hindi is a plus.

Required skills

• Knowledge of NGFW, endpoint security, backup solutions, servers and storage technologies.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and data‑mining tools.
