Inside Sales Representative – Cybersecurity Solutions

About the role

We are seeking motivated Inside Sales Representatives to generate qualified leads for our cybersecurity portfolio, including next‑generation firewalls, endpoint protection, backup solutions, servers and storage. The role involves proactive outreach by phone and email to build relationships and support the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct cold‑calling campaigns to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
• Use CRM and data‑mining tools to build and maintain prospect databases.
• Schedule appointments, prepare commercial proposals and hand over qualified leads to the Business Development team.
• Follow up on client commitments, nurture prospects and develop profitable account relationships.
• Stay updated on industry trends in security, networking, infrastructure and availability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3‑4 years of proven lead‑generation experience for cybersecurity solutions (NGFW, endpoint security, backup, servers, storage).
• Strong motivation for cold calling and probing questions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Malayalam and Hindi.
