Insolvency Lawyer – Associate (Dubai)

About the role

The successful candidate will join a market‑leading insolvency team in Dubai, providing counsel to insolvency practitioners, banks, financial institutions, corporations, directors, shareholders, private equity funds and high‑net‑worth individuals on complex regional and cross‑border disputes.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on commercial litigation, contentious insolvency, restructuring and company/partnership disputes.
• Handle regulatory investigations and financial services matters.
• Provide guidance on liquidations, receiverships, schemes of arrangement, security enforcement, injunctions, asset recovery and debt recovery.
• Manage key client relationships and support business development across the region.

Required profile

• 4+ years post‑qualification experience (PQE).
• Strong background in insolvency law.
• Excellent drafting abilities and academic record.
• Analytical, technically proficient and strong communicator.
• Flexible, collaborative team player.
