Inspection Coordinator – Abu Dhabi

About the role

The Inspection Coordinator will lead and organise inspection activities for TÜV SÜD’s clients in Abu Dhabi and worldwide. The role ensures that inspections are delivered on time, meet contractual obligations and adhere to company standards, supporting both client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inspection activities to align with company standards and project requirements.
• Plan and execute the mobilisation of inspection engineers locally and internationally.
• Communicate with local and overseas partners and suppliers to source qualified inspectors.
• Review inspector resumes and assess suitability for each assignment.
• Maintain the invoicing process, including timesheets, supporting documents and required approvals.

Required profile

• BSc degree or diploma in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• 4‑10 years of experience in source/vendor or worldwide inspection, preferably within industrial or Oil & Gas sectors.
• Strong communication and reporting abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using ERP systems.
• Familiarity with document management systems.
