Inspector - Mechanical

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Mechanical Inspector to join our Abu Dhabi team. You will ensure the highest standards of mechanical construction quality and safety across a range of building projects.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mechanical inspections on building construction projects, covering HVAC systems, plumbing installations, electrical‑mechanical components, and related systems.
• Verify that all mechanical work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and UAE building codes and regulations.
• Analyze inspection findings to identify defects, non‑conformances, and deviations from project requirements.
• Document inspection results accurately, preparing detailed reports with photographic evidence and actionable recommendations.
• Communicate inspection findings clearly to project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Technical expertise in mechanical systems and UAE building codes.
• Commitment to transparent communication and continuous improvement.
• Minimum 96 months (8 years) of experience in mechanical inspection or related fields.
