Instant Service Agent – Hotel Guest Services

About the role

The Instant Service Agent delivers prompt, courteous, and efficient guest assistance at the Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay. Working across three daily shifts, you will be the first point of contact for guest inquiries, wake‑up calls, and emergency requests, ensuring a high level of satisfaction in line with brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized service to guests, handling incoming calls, wake‑up calls, and emergency requests.
• Maintain guest privacy and follow hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Log all guest requests and issues using Messagebox and respond to emails promptly.
• Collaborate with team members, supervisors, managers, and other departments to resolve guest needs.
• Attend shift briefings, read handovers, and participate in departmental meetings.
• Operate hotel systems such as Alcatel, Opera, Messagebox, and Microsoft tools efficiently.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in a similar role within a 4‑star hotel, call centre, or customer‑service environment.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; additional language is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to evolving guest‑service standards.
