Institutional Relationship Manager

About the role

Bybit is looking for an Institutional Relationship Manager to drive sales of crypto derivatives and options to institutional clients. The role will focus on acquiring new trading firms, market makers and other institutional partners while expanding existing relationships across the global market.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively hunt and acquire new clients in the crypto derivatives market.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing institutional clients to ensure ongoing business and satisfaction.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the market.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product developments.
• Provide feedback to product development teams to enhance offerings based on client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market insights for management review.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in crypto derivatives or options sales.
• Proven track record with trading firms, market makers and other institutional clients.
• Strong understanding of global crypto markets and financial instruments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
