Instock Manager – Other Hardlines (UAE National)

About the role

We are seeking a results‑oriented Instock Manager for the Other Hardlines categories in the GCC, based in Dubai. The role focuses on improving in‑stock rates, inventory planning and forecasting while collaborating across retail, supply chain and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage availability and inventory health, driving improved in‑stock rates and systematic forecasting for key categories.
• Develop data‑driven solutions to address complex supply‑chain challenges.
• Create dashboards and automate processes to boost team efficiency.
• Run buying and forecasting scenarios to support better purchasing decisions.
• Partner with vendors as an internal consultant to enhance their operational performance in forecasting, buying and operations.

Required profile

• Experience in financial analysis, retail buying, retail planning & allocation, product/project management, marketing, business development, consulting, negotiation or supply‑chain functions.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Familiarity with process‑improvement methodologies such as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma (preferred).
• Experience using SQL (preferred).
