Integration Architecture Lead

About the role

The Integration Architecture Lead is responsible for defining, governing, and scaling the enterprise integration capability. This senior position drives the design of robust, reusable, and scalable integration solutions across complex, multi‑system environments.

Key responsibilities

• Define and govern the integration strategy across the solution portfolio.
• Lead end‑to‑end integration delivery for large, complex, and concurrent programs.
• Establish and run an Integration Center of Excellence, including standards, governance, and reusable assets.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high‑performing team of architects, engineers, and specialists.
• Act as the senior escalation point for critical integration challenges.
• Partner with pre‑sales and solution teams to shape integration approaches for bids, proposals, and programs.
• Contribute to solution designs, effort estimations, and commercial models for integration‑heavy initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and governing enterprise and hybrid integration architectures.
• Experience modernising enterprise landscapes using API‑led, microservices‑based, and event‑driven architectures.
• Demonstrated leadership capability, including team building and stakeholder management.
• Experience supporting large enterprise or government‑scale programs is highly desirable.
• Ability to operate effectively across diverse technology landscapes and vendor‑agnostic environments.
