Interface Manager – Engineering Coordination

About the role

The Interface Manager is responsible for overseeing all interface activities during the detailed engineering phase and on‑site execution. Acting as the principal point of contact, the role ensures seamless coordination between internal teams, external stakeholders, and EPC contractors throughout design and construction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Interface team, ensuring effective communication and control of all project interfaces.
• Organise and chair regular interface meetings between the EPC contractor and Worley.
• Coordinate with Operations, Material Handling, and Turn‑around teams to execute interface tasks.
• Provide weekly and monthly progress reports to the Process/Commissioning Manager, highlighting issues and mitigation actions.
• Maintain Interface Point registers and monitor technical/physical interfaces throughout the EPC phase.
• Drive timely completion of battery‑limit tie‑ins and related scope deliverables.

Required profile

• Proven experience in engineering coordination and interface management on large‑scale projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a dedicated interface team.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to identify, develop, and close interface issues efficiently.
