Interior Design Architect – UAE Supervision Team

About the role

WSP is seeking an experienced Interior Design Architect to join its UAE Supervision team. You will oversee the review and supervision of interior architectural works during construction, ensuring that design intent, quality standards, and technical requirements are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the review and on‑site supervision of interior architectural works across high‑profile projects.
• Verify that all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, contract documents and local authority regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors, approve materials, and manage stakeholder communications.
• Ensure design compliance and quality control throughout the construction phase.

Required profile

• Proven experience in interior architecture and site supervision.
• Strong background in design compliance, contractor coordination and material approvals.
• Experience delivering projects within the UAE market.

Required skills

• Interior architecture knowledge.
• Site supervision and construction documentation review.
• Understanding of local authority regulations.
