Interior Designer / Product Manager

About the role

Arteco Ceramics is seeking an Interior Designer/Product Manager to lead and grow its design department while supporting sales initiatives across its luxury tile and sanitary ware portfolio in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Structure and manage the design department to maximise efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Recruit and mentor draftsmen and interior designers, ensuring the team meets project deadlines and quality standards.
• Oversee the creation of design documentation, measurements, and client feedback loops.
• Design and refresh showroom displays to attract customers and boost sales.
• Develop concept designs that showcase company materials in line with client requirements.
• Collaborate with the sales team and, when needed, conduct direct sales activities.

Required profile

• Fluent in Russian (mandatory) and strong English communication skills.
• Minimum three years of experience in furniture, kitchen, or building‑materials design.
• Proven ability to discuss and plan designs directly with clients.

Required skills

• AutoCAD
• 3ds Max (or comparable 3D rendering software)
