Intermediate Quantity Surveyor – Dubai

About the role

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join its Dubai team and support newly awarded projects across multiple sectors. You will work on post‑contract commercial administration, ensuring accurate cost reporting and contract compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and assess interim and final account payment applications.
• Produce monthly cost reports, manage variations and contractor claims.
• Handle provisional sums, prime costs, nominated sub‑contractors, and insurance/bond administration.
• Participate in design and commercial meetings, providing cost advice.

Required profile

• Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognised university.
• Minimum 5 years post‑degree experience in contracts and commercial management.
• Experience with FIDIC contracts preferred.
• Background in consultancy or client side for at least 4 years.
• Strong English technical writing and presentation skills.
