Internal Audit Manager Business Audit And Forensics

About the role

Bybit is seeking an experienced Internal Audit Manager to lead business audit engagements and forensic investigations across its operations in Abu Dhabi. The role combines audit oversight with investigative rigor to ensure robust control environments and address fraud or whistleblower cases.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute risk‑based audit engagements covering operational, financial and business functions.
• Assess design and operating effectiveness of internal controls, identify gaps and policy violations.
• Prepare clear audit reports with findings, root causes, business impact and actionable recommendations for management and the Board.
• Monitor remediation progress and ensure timely closure of audit issues.
• Lead or support forensic investigations, including evidence collection, interview planning and analysis of financial transactions.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses of suspicious activities, trace transaction flows and document evidence for senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in internal audit, preferably within financial services, cryptocurrency or fintech.
• Strong background in forensic investigations, fraud detection and whistleblower case handling.
• Ability to evaluate control environments and communicate complex findings to senior stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
