Internal Audit Manager (Business Audit & Forensics)

About the role

Bybit is looking for an experienced Internal Audit Manager to lead business audit and forensic investigations across its global operations. The role will oversee end‑to‑end audit engagements, evaluate control environments, and drive remediation while supporting the Board and senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute risk‑based audit engagements across operational, financial and business functions.
• Assess the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls, identifying gaps, policy violations and inefficiencies.
• Draft clear audit reports that communicate findings, root causes, business impact and actionable recommendations.
• Monitor remediation progress and ensure timely closure of audit issues.
• Lead fraud investigations, whistleblower cases and forensic inquiries, tracing irregularities to their source.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and provide insights to senior leadership and the Board.

Required profile

• Minimum six years (72 months) of experience in internal audit, preferably within financial services, fintech or cryptocurrency environments.
• Proven forensic investigation experience and ability to handle evidence and interview subjects.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and IIA auditing standards.
• Excellent written communication skills for high‑quality report writing.
