Internal Audit Manager

About the role

Eatx, a Dubai‑based hospitality group, is seeking an Internal Audit Manager to safeguard the integrity of its restaurant, café and lifestyle concepts. The role involves identifying risks, strengthening internal controls and ensuring accurate, accountable operations across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct revenue, cash and operational audits across multiple venues.
• Review POS transactions, discounts, voids, refunds and perform revenue reconciliation.
• Audit inventory, stock movements and cost control processes.
• Identify control gaps and recommend process improvements.
• Support external audits and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, Procurement and Cost Control teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in internal audit, revenue audit or a similar role.
• Experience auditing licensed outlets (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Linga, SUPY, Micros, Oracle.
• Solid understanding of inventory control, cost of goods sold and revenue cycles.
