Internal Auditor – Retail & FMCG Experience Required

About the role

Hanami International is seeking an Internal Auditor to join its Dubai team. The role focuses on auditing operational processes across retail, consumer and FMCG businesses, with occasional regional travel. Candidates should be ready for an international adventure while developing their audit career in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute internal audits of operational processes within retail, consumer and FMCG environments.
• Utilise data analytic tools to assess risk, efficiency and compliance.
• Prepare clear audit reports and present findings to senior management.
• Coordinate and participate in occasional cross‑border audit trips across the region.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives based on audit outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in internal audit, preferably within retail, consumer or FMCG sectors.
• Strong operational mindset with the ability to analyse complex processes.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai and travel internationally as needed.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
