About the role
We are seeking an Internal Communications Officer to support a semi‑government university client based in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on fostering open dialogue across all staff levels and strengthening the institute’s internal communication culture.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies that encourage two‑way dialogue.
- Create and distribute newsletters, bulletins, and digital content for staff.
- Coordinate with department heads to gather and share relevant information.
- Monitor feedback channels and report on employee engagement trends.
- Support project‑management activities related to communication initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field with an emphasis on project management.
- 2‑4 years of experience in communications or internal communications.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic.
Required skills
- Strong written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
- Project‑management fundamentals.
