Internal Compliance Associate

About the role

The Internal Compliance Associate supports the Internal Compliance Manager in executing daily compliance activities across Miral-owned attractions. The role ensures adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while helping to strengthen the overall compliance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct surprise cash counts, float verifications, and vault audits at parks and attractions.
• Perform periodic inventory counts in retail outlets and warehouse locations.
• Check stock and review wastage controls within Food & Beverage operations.
• Analyze F&B and retail refunds, voids, and wastage reports.
• Support investigations related to compliance concerns and policy violations.
• Carry out random operational checks to verify safety procedures for ride operators.
• Monitor ride maintenance schedules and confirm completion of required activities.
• Collaborate on developing compliance dashboards and monitoring tools.
• Review compliance data, identify exceptions, and prepare reports.
• Assist with departmental administration, documentation, and special compliance projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Completed or near‑completion of the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) qualification.
• Preferred certifications: CISA, ACFE, CIMA, ACCA.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in compliance, internal audit, or related fields.
