Internal Compliance Manager

About the role

Miral Experiences is looking for an Internal Compliance Manager to support the Senior Internal Compliance Manager. The role ensures the organisation complies with laws, regulations, internal policies and governance standards while fostering a culture of integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and manage compliance monitoring plans, conduct assessments of internal processes and controls, and track breaches.
• Support policy development, keep policies up‑to‑date with regulatory changes, and deliver training to staff.
• Identify compliance risks, contribute to the Internal Controls Framework and work with business units to resolve gaps.
• Act as liaison between compliance and operational teams, coordinate audits and regulatory inspections, and escalate significant concerns.
• Prepare compliance reports, dashboards, incident documentation and support executive‑level reporting.
• Assist in delivering compliance awareness and training programmes across the organisation.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in compliance monitoring, internal audit, policy development or risk management.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
