International Tax Advisory – Senior Consultant (Dubai)

About the role

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its International Tax & Transaction Services practice in Dubai. You will advise a diverse portfolio of clients on complex international tax matters, ensuring compliance with regional and global tax codes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technically complex international tax engagements, covering permanent establishment, double taxation, cross‑border treaties, tax structuring and withholding tax.
• Assess corporate tax impacts of client transactions and provide strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with global EY teams, manage leads from other tax areas, and contribute to practice development.
• Lead internal training, develop precedents, present at events, and author expert articles.

Required profile

• Client‑focused mindset with strong commercial and strategic awareness.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate project teams.
• Proven experience managing or mentoring junior staff.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of international tax regulations, including inbound and outbound investment structures.
• Experience with permanent establishment, double taxation agreements, and tax structuring.
• Strong analytical, project management and written communication abilities.
