Inventory Manager – 3PL Logistics

Talal Ali Logistics, a global leader in third‑party logistics, is seeking an Inventory Manager to oversee stock accuracy and control in its Dubai hub. This role offers a solid career path within one of the world’s largest 3PL providers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling and managing stock counts on a monthly, quarterly, mid‑year and annual basis.
• Maintain inventory accuracy in partnership with the operations team.
• Control inventory and conduct stock‑count accuracy checks.
• Support the inventory control process together with the quality department.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day with the operations team to fulfil customer requirements.
• Lead the inventory team to achieve KPI targets, providing training where needed.
• Maintain the warehouse management inventory system.
• Ensure adequate inventory levels and proper controls.
• Implement process improvements to reduce operational errors.
• Keep the inventory department organized and capable of supporting business needs.
