Investment Analyst – Drive Results & Insights for Portfolio Companies

About the role

The Investment Analyst will join our MENA investment team, supporting deal execution, portfolio management and communication with founders, investors and internal stakeholders. You will act as a trusted advisor to portfolio companies, helping them prepare for fundraising and improve governance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct due diligence and execute investment contracts for prospective deals.
• Assist founders with corporate governance, fundraising readiness and the creation of investment decks, financial models and data rooms.
• Research, analyse and present findings to inform strategic investment decisions.
• Maintain accurate investment data, metrics and files for existing and prospective deals.
• Drive operational excellence by following SOPs and delivering high‑quality work quickly.
• Monitor portfolio companies, track key business metrics and support fundraising efficacy.
• Track market trends, competitor activity and technology developments relevant to current and future investments.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with founders, ecosystem partners and other investors.
• Represent the investment team locally and collaborate with mentors, advisors and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–2 years of professional experience (internship or fellowship acceptable).
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to drive projects with minimal direction.
• Strong attention to detail and independent research capability.
• Deep interest in startups and the regional ecosystem.
• Analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
