Investment B2B Operations Specialist

About the role

This role sits at the core of Bybit’s transition from a crypto exchange to a digital financial platform, where fiat infrastructure, stablecoins and B2B partnerships drive user acquisition and revenue. You will own the design, launch and scaling of B2B fiat and investment‑related operations globally, collaborating with product, treasury, compliance and regional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimise operational frameworks for fiat‑based products, including OTC, broker services and structured fiat flows.
• Build and iterate business and revenue models, defining spreads, incentives and partner economics.
• Own end‑to‑end execution of B2B fiat initiatives such as Fiat‑as‑a‑Broker, OTC/RFQ flows and stablecoin partnerships.
• Develop integration frameworks and go‑to‑market strategies for banks, fintechs and payment providers.
• Manage daily operations, SOPs, performance metrics and partner relationships across global markets.

Required profile

• 4+ years experience in banking, fintech, payments or financial services with exposure to investment or B2B products.
• Strong understanding of fiat infrastructure, liquidity flows and financial product mechanics.
• Proven experience in B2B partnerships, business development or ecosystem operations.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with product, compliance and regional teams.
• Analytical mindset with high ownership and execution ability in fast‑paced environments.
