Investment Banking VP/Director – Remote Expert Consultant ($100/hr)

About the role

We are partnering with a leading AI lab to engage seasoned investment banking professionals as remote experts. You will train a cutting‑edge language model on creating and refining professional presentations and slide decks for high‑stakes financial transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end client materials, including pitch books, board decks, fairness opinions, and buyer/target positioning pages.
• Create, evaluate, and improve AI‑generated presentations to meet industry standards.
• Provide detailed feedback to enhance the model’s output quality and relevance.
• Collaborate with the AI research team to align model capabilities with real‑world finance workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of investment banking experience, currently or recently at VP level or above.
• Proven track record of leading pitch books and board presentations for live mandates.
• Exceptional written communication and meticulous attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced PowerPoint slide design and craftsmanship.
