Investment Consultant – European Market

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Investment Consultant focused on the European market to join our Dubai‑based team. You will connect European investors with off‑plan projects, guiding them through the purchase process and helping them achieve strong returns.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell off‑plan properties from leading Dubai developers.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, end‑users and developer sales teams.
• Provide clients with detailed information on project specifications, payment plans, ROI and market trends.
• Conduct property presentations, attend launches and represent the company at real‑estate events.
• Generate and manage leads through marketing campaigns, referrals and networking.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in off‑plan real estate.
• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with investors and buyers.
• Self‑motivated, energetic and target‑driven.
