Investment, Partnerships & Operations Manager – France Residency By Investment

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French‑English Investment, Partnerships & Operations Manager to support the Founder & CEO on France IDEA, our investment‑led French residency programme. Based in Dubai, you will work closely with senior leadership, acting as a right‑hand on investment sourcing, partner management and operational coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Source and screen French real‑estate and corporate investment opportunities; analyse P&L, cash‑flows, financial models and financing structures.
• Challenge capital structures, IRR, LTV/LTC, DSCR and exit assumptions; provide clear go/no‑go recommendations.
• Serve as primary contact for B2B partners such as immigration firms, wealth managers and family offices; present the programme to investors.
• Travel internationally with the Founder for meetings and conferences.
• Coordinate investor and opportunity pipelines; liaise with developers, advisors, legal, tax and immigration partners.
• Help build and refine CRM, reporting and screening processes as the business scales.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong background in investment analysis, corporate finance, real‑estate investment, private equity, transaction advisory or asset management.
• Ability to independently challenge business plans and financial models.
• Commercially minded, comfortable engaging with high‑net‑worth investors and senior executives.
• Entrepreneurial, travel‑ready and able to work in a fast‑paced, boutique environment.
