Investor Relations Manager

About the role

The Investor Relations Manager will support the VP of Investor Relations in planning and executing ADNOC Drilling’s investor relations programme. You will ensure clear, accurate and timely communication with shareholders, analysts and other capital‑market stakeholders, helping to shape the company’s equity story and market positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing the annual IR strategy, calendar and execution of quarterly results, roadshows, conferences and site visits.
• Prepare and coordinate high‑quality investor materials such as presentations, factsheets, Q&A packs and website content.
• Act as the day‑to‑day contact for sell‑side analysts, handling enquiries and escalating material matters.
• Track IR activity, KPIs and investor feedback to report on programme effectiveness.
• Maintain investor data, support targeting initiatives and identify engagement opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years (120 months) of experience in investor relations or related finance functions.
• Proven ability to produce accurate, compliant financial communications.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience monitoring market and analyst feedback.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
