About the role
We are seeking an IPO Senior Specialist on a temporary basis to join our Shareholders Services team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on handling investor inquiries related to initial public offerings and supporting branch staff with accurate information.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to IPO‑related inquiries.
- Provide branch teams with timely support and answers to IPO questions.
- Perform data entry tasks related to IPO documentation and tracking.
Required profile
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate and complete information.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Clear verbal communication and use of positive language.
- Patience and strong time‑management abilities.
